Pale yellow, elegant lightly perfumed with notes of Jasmine, apple blossom and a whiff of peach. Medium bodied with well balanced acidity. Expect the senses to find quince, pear with lingering flavors of peach and melon. Hints of oak with characters of fresh brioche. Great long finish.
To be enjoyed with or without food, but hopefully always with good friends. Pairs well with lightly smoked salmon with crème fraiche and beetroot salad Guinea Fowl with forest mushroom sauce Herb crusted goat’s cheese.
A fresh, crispy, full character, easy drinking pleasure. This fruity, dry white wine was carved from dry land bush vines from the granite slopes of the Paardeberg in the Swartland.
This dry, full-bodied white is matured for 12 months in new 300 litre French oak barrels. It is characterised by tangy citrus fruits softened by undertones of vanilla and a nutty complexity. Awarded four stars in the John Platter Wine Guide, this is a big wine for special occasions.
