Elegant flavours of citrus and white blossom, knit with a minerality, some salinity and complex acidity provide a long, smooth finish.

This dry, full-bodied white is matured for 12 months in new 300 litre French oak barrels. It is characterised by tangy citrus fruits softened by undertones of vanilla and a nutty complexity. Awarded four stars in the John Platter Wine Guide, this is a big wine for special occasions.
Green apple, white pear on the nose. A full rounded mouth feel with apple and pear on the palate is backed by a crisp acidity which lingers.
Light yellow in colour with hints of tropical fruit on the nose. This wine has a firm acidity showing mineral flavour on the finish.
